If you've got a fever and an iPhone, I've got your prescription: a cowbell for the iPhone. I don't know if I'd really call this an app...it's more of a trinket.
All I did was to take my beats-per-minute heart rate app--an unreleased app I had that calculated the heart rate based on how quickly you tapped the screen--and add a cowbell picture and sound.
If for some reason you feel the uncontrollable urge for more cowbell in your life, you can download it manually here:
To install, unzip it, and use SSH to copy the directory into the /Applications directory on your iPhone. While you're doing this, don't forget to set the permissions to allow execution access.
